Cancellation Policy
In order to optimize patient care and and
an increase in no-show rate we have found the need to implement a cancellation
policy. When you do not call to
cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much
needed treatment. Please give us 24 hour notice of any change that needs to be
made to your appointment. We request 48 hours notice if your appointment is on
a Saturday, as that is a very sought after appointment day. We reserve the
right to charge for appointments or procedures cancelled or broken without 24
hour advance notice. Thank you.
Warranty PolicyWe pride ourselves on providing quality service as well as quality products. We only work with the best vendors in the industry so that items purchased can be warranty if any damages occur to the frame or lens. All of our frames have a 1 year warranty with the exception of our sale frames. Our lenses have a 3 month warranty toward any prescription change that may be needed. Premium Anti-Glare coatings provide your lenses with a 2 year warranty toward scratches or scuffs. Lenses without a coating have a 6 month warranty. Basic Anti-Glare coatings offer a 1 year warranty.
